Super Realistic Ball Point Pen Illustrations

At first glance, you might think these illustrations by Samuel Silva are photographs but it turns out they are very realistic illustrations done by ball point pen. I am simply amazed by the level of detail and that they were done by pens. Definitely a far cry from the doodles I did in high school!

Hyper-realistic sculptures that will make you look twice

If I saw these sculptures by Ron Mueck in real life, I would definitely have to do a double take. If not for the way this artist plays with scale, I just might think these hyper-realistic sculptures are the real deal. Check out more of his work here.
