Vintage Fashion Magazine Covers

Take a look at these exquisite illustrated magazine covers from the 1800′s to the 1930′s. Two editions of the Harper’s Bazar: the top one is a Thanksgiving edition from 1894 and the one above is from 1915. Earlier this year Harper’s Bazar celebrated their 140th anniversary. Retro Reading

Sometimes there’s nothing better than some good old retro illustration. This book, called “What it Feels Like to be a Building” by Forrest Wilson was first published in 1969. It is chock full of playful illustration and humor to explain the basics of architecture. Love it! Found via vintagechildrensbooksmykidloves.com.
